Important Guidelines for Amarnath Yatra Helicopter Booking

• Helicopter operations are subject to weather, technical conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation, only the helicopter fare will be refunded as per operator policies.
  
• Additional costs for extra hotel nights and vehicle retention (approx. ₹1,000 per night) shall be borne by the pilgrim.
  
• Valid Government-issued photo identification (Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, PAN, School ID, etc.) is mandatory at the time of travel.
  

Dress code advisory for women: Saree is not suitable for trekking. It is recommended to wear Salwar Kameez, trousers with shirts, or track suits. Pregnant women beyond six weeks are not permitted to undertake the pilgrimage.

Payment Terms

• Advance booking deposit:
  
  • ₹25,000 per person (Neelgarth Route)
  • ₹27,000 per person (Pahalgam Route)
• Balance payment must be completed within 7 working days after receiving travel vouchers.
  
• For bookings made within 20 days of travel, full payment is required upfront.
  
• Delayed payments will attract interest at 18% per annum (compounded monthly).
  
• Helicopter tickets will be issued at least two days prior to the Yatra date.
  

Required Guest Details at the Time of Booking

• Full name and gender of each traveler.
  
• Complete residential address and contact number.
  
• Valid ID proof details for all passengers.
  

Cancellation Policy for Amarnath Yatra Package

• 75% cancellation fee applicable once hotel vouchers have been issued.
  
• 100% cancellation fee if canceled within 30 days of departure.
  
• No amendments permitted to hotel, houseboat, transport, or helicopter bookings once confirmed.
  

Hotels and Houseboats in Kashmir – Important Information

• Suggested hotels are provided destination-wise; upgrades are available on request.
  
• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
  
• Valid photo ID and hotel vouchers are mandatory at check-in.
  
• Most hotels in Kashmir are non-air-conditioned due to cool climatic conditions.
  
• Hotels may lack elevators; kindly inform us in advance if ground-floor rooms are required for health reasons.
  
• Deluxe houseboats usually feature 3–4 bedrooms with shared common areas. Rooms are private with attached bathrooms and hot/cold water facilities.
  
• Shikara rides are available until 8:30–9:00 PM, accommodating a maximum of four adults per boat.
  

Transport Services – Srinagar to Baltal Transfers

• Guests will be received at Srinagar Airport by our representative holding a placard.
  
• Standard package includes Non-AC Indica/Sumo vehicles. Upgrades to Tavera or Innova available on request.
  
• Seating capacity:
  
  • 6 passengers (Innova/Tavera/Sumo)
    
  • 8–12 passengers (Tata Winger)
    
• Vehicles may not always park at hotels; guests are requested to be ready at the designated time.
  
• Travelers are advised to safeguard belongings, as lost items are difficult to recover.
